Of course, you can return items as long as it’s unused and the kraft packing seal is undamaged. We do recommend that you get in contact with us first to see if we can help. You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery. Please ensure you add some details in the box, so we know who it’s from. Once It arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.


Orders over £25.00 are entitled to FREE SHIPPING orders placed under £25.00 will be charged at £3.50 (*Orders within the UK).

International orders will be charged a flat rate of £15.


We’ll never intentionally keep you waiting for your order. Here’s how our order timing works; we send all orders placed before 3 pm on the same day. Royal Mail parcels should arrive in 1-2 working days ((but sometimes it’s a little longer). If it’s been more than eight working days, let us know & we’ll sort you out.
